As a production employee, you will contribute to the cultivation and processing of our high-quality sprouting vegetables. Working in our family-owned business in Nijmegen, you’ll handle a mix of machine operations and manual tasks to ensure a premium product. Your role is hands-on and varied, requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. What You Will Do:

• Operate and adjust: production equipment used in the cultivation process.
• Perform manual tasks: to process and package products with care.
• Monitor quality: by conducting checks to ensure hygiene and product standards are met.
• Collaborate: with a small, close-knit team in a friendly and informal setting.
• Contribute: to maintaining a clean and efficient production environment.

• Monthly salary between €2745 and €3260.
• Full-time contract with 38 hours per week.
