As a Production Employee Flowers and Plants, you'll spend your days working in the fresh air, surrounded by nature. You'll play an important role in nurturing and growing plants and trees. No two days are the same and you will have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills, for example by learning to operate machinery. Together with your colleagues, you'll make sure everything is perfectly prepared and ready for the customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Caring for plants and trees, including weeding
• Potting and placing plants and trees on the container field
• Preparing customer orders for shipment
• Operating machinery (with training and support to help you grow in this)
• Helping to maintain a tidy and well-organised nursery environment
