Junior Operator 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen In this role, you make sure production runs smoothly by weighing, mixing, and processing raw materials into high-quality products.
You’ll combine hands-on tasks with machine operation, always with a focus on safety and precision:

• Operate and monitor machines, stepping in when adjustments are needed;
• Weigh and process raw materials with a mobile workstation (computer & scale);
• Mix and prepare semi-finished and finished products according to recipes;
• Perform quality checks and follow strict safety and hygiene procedures;
• Carry out light machine maintenance to keep production running smoothly;
• Work closely with your small team to solve issues independently and keep the flow going.

You will work in a 3-shift system with the following hours:

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00

• €17.15 per hour + 20,5% shift allowance (for all hours in 3 shifts);
• 25 vacation days, 8,33% holiday money and a 13th month salary;

Functie-eisen

• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule;
• Preferably a completed MBO-2 degree in (process) technology or a related field;
• 1–3 years of experience as an operator, preferably in process or food industry;
• Good command of Dutch or English (both written and spoken, minimum B2);
• Comfortable working with strongly scented raw materials;
• Able to work independently as well as in a small, close-knit team.
