F&B Breakfast Waiter
We're looking for that early bird and coffee enthusiast in our breakfast team!
What will I be doing?
As F&B Breakfast Waiter, you know it is not just about serving food and drinks. It is all about creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests. Together with our team, you will serve breakfast and offer a high quality, efficient service that adds to a memorable guest experience.
More specifically, you will take on the following responsibilities:
Serve our guests with a welcoming smile.
Ensure guests are satisfied and appreciated at Hiltons restaurant
Handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
Maintain an effective service with an emphasis on high quality
Set-up of the restaurant according to the pre-determined standards of Hilton
Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages and meals served in the restaurant
Take part in departmental trainings
What are we looking for?
To successfully fulfill this role, you have the following in your DNA:
You enjoy being a host to our high profile guests.
Able to act responsible and independent with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a big plus) to create connections with international guests
Creative mind, who continuously seeks improvement.
Flexibility and adaptability, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and focused under pressure
This position is for a focus on the breakfast service during the weekends with shifts starting at 6:00.
