In your role as Front Desk Agent you play a key role in creating a seamless guest journey from pre-arrival to departure. With a guest-focused mindset, they assist with check-ins, check-outs, provide local and hotel services, and handle guest communication via phone and email.
Working closely with other departments, they also manage (VIP) arrivals, follow up on guest feedback, and create personalized service moments.
This is why a proactive attitude through anticipating guest needs and recognizing opportunities to go above and beyond are essential skills to this position.
