Kickstart your day as a Logistics Coordinator! You’re the logistical mastermind behind smooth international shipments. Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments for international projects
- Organise transport between various (international) locations
- Act as the main point of contact for transport companies, customs, import agents, and suppliers
- Prepare and check export/import documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates
- Align with internal teams on shipping schedules and packing needs
- Solve logistics issues and follow up on incomplete or unclear information
- Monitor shipments and keep project teams informed about delivery status
- Review freight costs and match incoming invoices
- Track unregistered incoming goods
- Work with Incoterms, air and ocean freight, and courier services
- Has at least a vocational (mbo+) level of education, preferably in logistics or supply chain
- Has experience in a similar role involving international logistics
- Speaks and writes English fluently; Dutch is a plus
- Is familiar with export documentation and customs processes
- Understands international transport and freight systems (air, sea, courier)
- Works accurately and communicates clearly
- Is proactive and able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Lives in or near the Rotterdam region
- A gross monthly salary of approximately €3,500 based on 40 hours
- A direct contract with our client, with the prospect of permanent employment
- Full-time working hours: 08:00 to 16:00 (your evenings are yours!)
