Operator 3 Shifts

Wat je gaat doen As an Operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you are the driving force behind our production process. Using a mobile station equipped with a computer and precision scale, you carefully prepare and weigh raw materials to ensure every batch meets the highest quality standards. The flavors and fragrances you help produce are used worldwide in food, cosmetics, cleaning products, and perfumes.

What you will do:

• Gather raw materials based on recipes using a mobile workstation.
• Weigh and process ingredients with accuracy according to order specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace.
• Follow strict procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep production running smoothly and on schedule.

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17.15, excluding shift allowance
• 20% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift system, paid on every hour worked
• Opportunities to grow into a permanent contract and further specialization
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer
• Pension accrual from your very first workweek

Functie-eisen

• Good command of Dutch or English (B2 level).
• Experience in a production environment.
• Strong focus on safety, hygiene, and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 20 kg.
