What You’ll Be Doing:
Your day kicks off with a fresh coffee or tea in the break area before teaming up with colleagues to get the job done. At our client’s site, every day brings something new! The logistics department works across three main areas: inbound, outbound, and stock rotating weekly to keep your work varied and engaging. During your onboarding, you’ll learn all about our products and processes, so you can hit the ground running with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, sorting, and checking incoming shipments
- Picking orders based on order lists
- Packing and unpacking products
- Preparing, processing, and loading outbound shipments
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels
- Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, day shifts.

From their warehouse in Helmond (near Eindhoven), a dedicated team of approximately 50 professionals manages logistics, distribution, service, and support for the entire EMEA region.
Thanks to its convenient location, the company is easily reachable by car from surrounding cities, including Eindhoven, ’s-Hertogenbosch, Geldrop, Nuenen, Son en Breugel, Veldhoven, Venray and Uden.
Wie ben je?You match the following criteria:
- Available for a full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Good command of the English language.
- Some prior experience in logistics is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about physical work and committed to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Relevant certifications, such as an EPT license, are a plus.
- Residing near our European headquarters in Son, Netherlands.
- In possession of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and references, or willing to provide them.
Primary Employment Conditions:
- Gross hourly wage of €14.40 (based on experience and skills) for a 40-hour workweek.
- Permanent position with a day shift schedule.
- Start via a Phase A temporary contract through Olympia, with the possibility of a direct contract with our client based on performance.
Secondary Employment Conditions:
- 8.33% holiday allowance, paid annually in June.
- Pension accrual begins after 8 weeks of employment. If you are already accruing a pension through another agency, we will ensure continuity.
- 25 vacation days per year, based on a full-time (40-hour) workweek.
- Travel allowance for distances over 10 km one way.
