As a Lab Technician Food / Enzyme technology you will perform experiments for food enzyme development projects for several (plant-based) dairy products and ingredient processing.
- You will plan and conduct enzyme biochemistry experiments such as enzyme activity assays using spectrophotometric methods and enzyme incubations in food matrices
- You will develop automated workflows using liquid and solid handling robots
- Furthermore you will record, analyze and interpret the obtained results and discuss your experimental work in the team

For the position of a Lab Technician Strain Development we are looking for a HBO / Bachelor educated candidate in Biochemistry, Biotechnology and/or Food Technology
- PhD candidates are not considered for this position
- You have experience with enzymes and affinity with down-scaled food applications
- You have experience with and/or driven to quickly learn lab automated workflows
- As a person, you have strong communications skills (both English and Dutch)
