As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire top talent across our hotels and corporate offices in the Netherlands.
Your Role
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our teams by:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, from front-of-house to corporate functions.
- Creating engaging job adverts and posting them across relevant platforms.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews.
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- You are able to set priorities in your own work to maintain oversight of the entire recruitment process.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within hospitality or a fast-paced service industry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging talent.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- A passion for people and hospitality.
