Project Manager

• As a Project Manager, you will be a key member of our dynamic project teams dedicated to delivering our yachts, reporting directly to the Project Director.
• You will oversee all project-related activities, both internal and external, for your assigned portion of the project.
• Your responsibilities include managing internal and external stakeholders, including co-makers, subcontractors, and employees, as well as handling contract management for parts of the yacht-building contract and escalating issues related to third-party contracts as necessary.
• Additionally, you will develop and sustain working relationships with all involved third parties.

• University or Higher Vocational Education with relevant working experience, preferably 5-7 years in the maritime and/or yacht building industry.
• Ability to maintain a comprehensive view of the entire process.
• Competencies include anticipating, giving responsibility, conflict management, and experience in these areas.
• Proactive and problem-solving approach.
