What Will You Do? As a Machine Operator, you ensure the smooth operation of our production line every day. You will set up machines, monitor their performance, and ensure top-quality output.Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and adjusting machines for production;
• Operating and overseeing the production process;
• Troubleshooting minor technical issues quickly;
• Reporting faults or defects to supervisors;
• Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency projects;
• Adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards;
• Keeping your workstation and equipment clean and organized.

You will work in a three-shift system, supporting consistent production and ongoing improvements.

Requirements What Do You Bring? We want someone reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on with a technical mindset.Your profile:

• MBO+ education level or equivalent work experience;
• 1-2 years experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role;
• Good command of English or Dutch;
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Practical technical interest and a proactive attitude;
• Safety-conscious approach at all times.
