What will you do as a Packaging Operator?As a Packaging Operator, you're responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining automated packaging lines. You’ll oversee the packaging process, monitor quality, and make quick adjustments when needed to keep production running smoothly.Your key responsibilities:

• Setting up and adjusting packaging machines for different production runs
• Monitoring the supply and quality of packaging materials
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues or malfunctions
• Performing quality checks to ensure packaging standards
• Carrying out routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Accurately logging production and process data
• Working in accordance with hygiene, food safety, and safety regulations

You’ll work in a 3-shift rotation, ensuring round-the-clock production continuity.

What do we expect from you?We’re looking for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and has a passion for quality.You bring:

• MBO+ work level or similar technical experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Packaging operator or production technician)
• Good command of English or Dutch
• Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift system
• Technical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset
• High level of accuracy and responsibility
• Team spirit combined with the ability to work independently
