English Speaking Metal Worker

Wat je gaat doen As a metal worker you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality iron counterweights for international customers. Your work will be diverse, practical, and essential to our production process. From preparing molds to assisting with casting and finishing products, you’ll work closely with a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for craftsmanship and safety.Your tasks will include:

• Preparing molds according to technical specifications.
• Safely operating overhead cranes to move heavy castings.
• Grinding and finishing products to precise dimensions.
• Carrying out surface treatments such as sanding and filling.
• Performing quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
• Working closely with your team to reach production targets in a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• You’ll work in a small, skilled team during a fixed day shift: 07:30 to 16:30.

• Are available full-time and interested in long-term employment.
• Have experience working with tools; experience in the metal industry is a plus.
• Have worked with overhead cranes (or are willing to learn).
• Can work independently as well as in a team.
• Speak and understand English well.
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
• Are flexible, hands-on, and proactive.
