Starter Operator

Wat je gaat doen As a Materials Handling Operator, you’ll be an essential part of our production line. Using a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale, you'll gather and weigh various raw materials based on detailed recipes. Depending on the product, you could handle up to thirty different substances per order. Accuracy and efficiency are crucial in this role.
Your responsibilities include:

• Gathering raw ingredients based on recipes using a mobile unit with digital tools
• Weighing and processing materials with precision according to order specifications
• Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organized throughout the shift
• Following company procedures and quality standards for safe production
• Collaborating closely with your team to ensure timely and smooth operations

Shift Schedule (3-shift rotation):

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17.91 (excluding shift allowance)
• 20.5% shift premium on all hours worked in the 3-shift system
• Potential for a direct contract with IFF upon strong performance

Functie-eisen

• Good communication in Dutch and/or English (minimum B1 level)
• Availability for 3-shift work
• Prior experience in production or as an (assistant) operator
• High attention to detail and strong focus on safety
• Comfortable working with scented substances
• Physically fit and capable of working independently and in a team
