Factory worker 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a factory worker on the Liquid Ingredient Plant (LIP) department, you’ll work with liquid raw materials that are processed into flavor ingredients. You’ll be responsible for accurately tapping, inspecting, and preparing these products for shipment. Precision and safety are key in this role.

Your tasks include:

• Checking liquid raw materials for the correct quantity and quality
• Tapping and packaging ingredients according to prescribed procedures
• Preparing products for internal transport or shipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with your team

Wat we je bieden

• A gross hourly wage of €17.91, excluding shift allowances
• 20.5% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift system (applied to every hour worked)
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th month bonus
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (from 10 km and up)
• Pension contributions from your first working day
• Opportunities for growth toward a permanent contract and further specialization within IFF

Functie-eisen

• Experience as a production or warehouse worker (or similar)
• Reach truck experience is a plus (not required)
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Good command of Dutch or English (minimum B2 level)
• No issues working with strong odors or performing physical tasks (lifting up to 23 kg)
