What a day as an operator might look like:

• Kick off your shift by managing the production schedule and coordinating your team.
• Ensure all materials are prepared and available to keep production on track.
• Uphold strict hygiene and quality standards — no shortcuts allowed.
• Keep a close eye on product consistency and immediately report any irregularities.
• Adjust machine settings and fix minor technical problems to avoid delays.

Your mission: Deliver top-quality products every time by spotting and resolving issues early. Before they impact the final product.

What you bring to the table:

• You’re available full-time (38 hours per week) and ready to work in shifts.
• Experience in a bakery or food industry is a strong advantage.
• You’re comfortable with production machinery and have a technical mindset.
• You follow procedures carefully for materials, safety, hygiene, and quality standards like HACCP.
• You work independently, stay calm under pressure, and focus on finding solutions.
