As Guest Relations Manager of Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott International, you are the one that goes above and beyond. You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our guest satisfaction. You don't do this by just welcoming our guests, you own ''hostmanship'' no like other and know how to pamper our VIP's. You work closely with the Front Office team and assist them whenever necessary to ensure a flawless experience.
Additionally, you are in charge of the guest reviews. You write comments on all the reviews on a daily basis, and make sure there will be a follow-up if needed. You create the new ambassadors of our hotel to ensure they will stay with us again.
