What are your responsibilities?
As a Junior Sous Chef you will be accountable for the overall success of the daily banqueting kitchen operations. You exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the team and managing all food related functions. You continually strive to improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. And of course you utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others. Finally, you provide directions for menu development.
