As Restaurant Manager you are responsible for the daily operation of our restaurant at the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Arena Atlas.
You will manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
You will lead and coordinate the F&B team, ensuring clear task distribution and an efficient service flow.
You will provide visible, hands-on leadership during operating hours, supporting staff through active participation.
You will take care of the hiring process - reviewing candidates, inviting for the interviews and executing them and sending offers request to People & Culture Department.
You will foster a learning-oriented work environment by coaching team members through "learning by doing."
You will build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests and key partners, supporting long-term loyalty.
