For the Leonardo Hotel Hengelo City Center we are looking for a full-time Host Intern. You will join a dynamic team that is eager to share knowledge and experience with you. As a Host Intern you will work in all departments and you will be the contact person for guests and the face of the hotel.

What will you be doing?
You are the point of contact for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You will help prepare and serve breakfast and in the evenings you will assist in the bar. You help guests check in, tell them which highlights they really shouldn't skip. In between you get a call from a guest who would like to reserve a room for next week. No problem, you arrange it! The next guests check out with you. You are wildly curious about how they experienced their stay. You take the guests' suitcases, so they can go back into town.
