Functieomschrijving:
As a shift leader, you will coordinate activities within the department, overseeing the production process to ensure efficient operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Motivating and supervising the team.
• Ensuring adherence to hygiene regulations.
• Coordinating weighing, mixing, packaging, and labeling activities.
• Conducting quality controls.
• Promptly reporting and potentially resolving any issues.
• Reporting to the Production Manager and Operations Manager.
• Ensuring timely and accurate order handling.

Working Hours: You will work in a fixed 2-shift system from 14:00 to 22:00. Enjoy your mornings for personal activities, such as sports!

Functievereisten:
Who are you?

• Proven work experience as an operator, foreman, or shift leader in a production environment.
• Experience in the food industry is essential.
• Vocational education (MBO-3) level of competence.
• You speak English.
