As a customer service agent, you'll be the go-to contact for customers across the Netherlands and internationally, handling questions, complaints, and requests through phone, email, and social media channels. You'll ensure orders and returns are processed accurately, keep customer data up to date, and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues efficiently. This role suits someone who's communicative and passionate about making everyday interactions smoother and more enjoyable for customers.
