Your Responsibilities

• Order Management: Execute order entry and oversee the fulfillment process for assigned businesses and customers with complex needs.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dow's products, applications, and service offerings.
• Customer Relations: Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and gather market intelligence.
• Account Coordination: Address customer issues, implement solutions, and ensure smooth account operations.
• Service Excellence: Maintain service levels aligned with business priorities.
