In this role, you'll take the lead in delivering change. You'll analyze, connect, and realize - from vision to execution:
• Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure smooth delivery of customer reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable development roadmaps in collaboration with Product Management and IT.
• Lead product delivery activities with an end-to-end focus, including service implementation, operations, and support.
• Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance and usage through data and insights.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure all solutions are fully compliant with internal and external regulations.
• Work in an Agile squad, contributing to sprint and quarterly business review (QBR) goals.
• Support the Delivery Area Lead (DAL) with managing internal and external demand and aligning with IT teams and vendors.
• Help shape the overall customer journey across Transaction Services with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer value.
• Ensure 24/7 operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and a solid risk control framework
