Customer Journey Expert (Global Markets)

In this role, you'll take the lead in delivering change. You'll analyze, connect, and realize - from vision to execution:
- Take the lead in the upgrade of the Global Market Database and related applications.
- Gather business requirements on data validation, data quality, and data management.
- Conduct vendor assessments and analyze future solutions for our Market Data Validation & Distribution system.
- Translate business needs into developer-ready stories for the squad backlog.
- Co-create and deliver an implementation roadmap together with the Product Lead.
- Facilitate solution design and end-to-end refinement sessions.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams - ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Present outcomes and insights to senior stakeholders with confidence.
- Promote a collaborative, open culture and maintain accessible, up-to-date documentation.

You will join the FMGT Tribe - the change management department for Financial Markets and Group Treasury at ING - as part of the Global Market Data team. This international team consists of 18 professionals across two locations and supports ING's global financial markets operations.

The project has already started and is currently in the discovery phase. While the team is actively exploring the market, colleagues in Market Risk are already thinking ahead and drafting requirements. We are looking for someone who can support the project lead in pushing the project forward with confidence and independence.
