Production employee 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a production employee at IFF, you will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality products used worldwide. You will be responsible for transforming our flavorings into powders while maintaining precision and excellence throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately collect and weigh raw materials according to quality standards;
• Add raw materials to machinery and monitor the processing;
• Follow recipes and blend raw materials to create premium flavor combinations;
• Package the final products into bags and prepare them for shipment.

Wat we je bieden

• Competitive hourly wage of €17,15 (excluding shift allowance);
• 20.5% shift allowance for 3-shift work, applied to all hours;
• A contract directly through IFF upon good performance;

Functie-eisen

• Flexible availability to work in a 3-shift system;
• Dutch or English proficiency at a B2 level;
• Experience in a production environment;
• Physically capable of lifting 23 kg bags and comfortable working with strong scents;
• A precise and team-oriented approach to tasks.
