For a specialized company in Apeldoorn, we are looking for a production operator to work in a 4-shift schedule. You will join a company that focuses on processing hides, particularly in the finishing phase. Within a close-knit team, you'll help ensure that the production process runs smoothly and with attention to quality.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for sorting, trimming, and salting hides, as well as checking, packing, and preparing the finished products for shipment. The work requires precision as well as physical effort. Together with your colleagues, you help maintain a safe and clean working environment and assist where needed in production or logistics.

As part of your role, you will follow proper storage procedures for ingredients, wear appropriate protective equipment, apply good manufacturing practices, perform cleaning techniques, and operate factory machinery All within a full-time position in a structured production environment.

Wie ben je?

• You speak and understand Dutch well; English is a plus;
• You live in (or near) Apeldoorn;
• Preferably, you have at least one year of experience in a production environment;
• You work accurately, communicate clearly, and enjoy thinking in solutions;
• You work accurately and pay close attention to detail;
• You are flexible with working hours and shifts;
• You follow safety guidelines strictly and contribute to a clean and safe workplace;
• You have a proactive attitude and enjoy solving problems;
• You are reliable and punctual.
