As a returns processing associate, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth handling of returned products within our warehouse. Your role is essential in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our inventory, as you inspect items for damage, verify their condition, and ensure they meet our quality standards. This position offers a dynamic environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key to success.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: check returned jackets, including winter coats, raincoats, and leather jackets, for damage, incorrect sizing, or wrong deliveries.
- Ensuring quality: verify that all returned items meet our standards by examining size, color, zippers, and any visible defects.
- Collaborating: work closely with your team to ensure efficient processing of returns and a seamless flow of goods.
- Restocking: ensure properly inspected items are restocked in the warehouse or prepared for return to suppliers.
- Following safety guidelines: adhere to safety regulations and contribute to a secure and organized working environment.
