English Speaking Production Employee

Are you someone who thrives in a production setting? And do you prefer working according to a 3-shift schedule? Then this role as a production worker could be just right for you!

As part of our team, you'll help ensure everything on the production floor runs efficiently. Your responsibilities will focus on light, supportive tasks such as:

• Packaging items like lids used in the food industry;
• Inspecting products visually to catch any imperfections;
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized.

You’ll be working in a clean, modern production facility with a friendly and professional atmosphere. The work follows a rotating 3-shift pattern:

• Morning: 6:45 to 15:00 (on Mondays you begin at 5:15);
• Afternoon: 14:45 to 23:00 (Fridays until 1:00);
• Night: 22:45 to 7:00.

If you’re scheduled for night shifts, you’ll be off from Sunday night into Monday, meaning your workweek consists of 4 nights — averaging around 38,5 hours per week.

You’ll become part of a close-knit, family-run business focused on producing high-quality food packaging. The team consists of around 70 employees, with another 40 workers involved through a sheltered employment initiative. The work culture is open, welcoming, and socially engaged.

The location of the production site is conveniently accessible from areas such as Nijmegen, Arnhem, and Ede — as well as nearby German towns like Kleve and Kranenburg.
