The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects within agreed timelines and budgets while upholding high standards of safety and quality. With strong communication skills and technical knowledge, the Project Manager keeps all parties aligned, playing a crucial role in the success of each project.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate various project phases and monitor progress
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders
- Guide the project team to achieve collective goals
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Actively resolve any bottlenecks or risks in the project process
- Report progress to management
Wie ben jij?
CoreDux seeks a driven professional with a passion for project management and a strong sense of responsibility. Attention to detail and the ability to oversee and manage multiple projects are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
- Completed higher vocational or university education, preferably in a technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain oversight
- Experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile is a plus
- Independent work attitude and initiative
- Customer-oriented approach and proactive attitude
For this position, we are looking for someone who already lives in the Netherlands and preferably in the area of Tilburg.
