Wat je gaat doen As a production worker, you’ll help ensure the smooth and safe operation of the production process at Mauser Benelux BV. You'll work in a multicultural team where both English and Dutch are spoken, and you'll be involved in various steps of the process—from quality control to final shipment. With your attention to detail, physical stamina, and hands-on mentality, you’ll help ensure that our plastic packaging meets the highest standards.

Your tasks will include:

• Checking plastic barrels to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Closing caps, lids, and flaps securely and correctly.
• Packaging drums neatly and preparing them for shipment.
• Stacking packaged drums in a safe and organized manner.
• Maintaining a clean work environment and contributing to a safe workplace.

Wat we je bieden

• A great hourly wage starting at €16.02, which can go up to €22.21 gross per hour (from age 22, including shift bonuses).
• Flexible shifts: you decide when you’re available (parttime or fulltime).
• Travel reimbursement for commuting.
• 8.33% holiday allowance on top of each worked hour.

Functie-eisen

• Physically fit – sitting still is not your thing.
• Able to speak Dutch and/or English.
• Has transportation (bike, car, or a solid pair of walking shoes) to get to our location in Oosterhout.
• Available for at least 2 full workdays per week (16 hours, morning/afternoon/night shifts).
