Production employee 3 shifts at Uniekaas

Wat je gaat doen In this role, you’ll be working with large blocks of cheese, including the aged cheese crusts. Ever wondered why the sliced cheese in supermarkets has no crust? That’s your work!

As a Production Worker at Uniekaas, you essentially perform two important roles in one:

• You lift 15 kg cheese blocks from the rack and place them onto pallets.
• Then, you carefully position the cheese blocks on your adjustable workstation. Using a high-tech shaving machine, you precisely remove the crusts. Once done, you place the cleaned cheese on a separate pallet and use an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) to move it to the next production stage.

This is a full-time position in a 3-shift system with the following hours:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Kaatsheuvel is easily accessible from Tilburg, Breda, and Waalwijk. The Start People team is present on-site at Uniekaas three days a week. During those days, we host walk-in hours during shift changes—you’re always welcome to stop by with any questions. On the other two days, we remain easily reachable via call or WhatsApp.
