Your Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be in charge of your own section. You’ll deliver consistent quality, work independently, and guide colleagues or trainees when needed. You take initiative, uphold standards, and think alongside the head chef. Your day will include:
- Running your own section independently (both hot and cold)
- Organizing mise-en-place and daily prep efficiently
- Contributing ideas for new dishes and presentation
- Enforcing HACCP and hygiene protocols
- Coaching and guiding trainee chefs if required
- Managing stock and placing orders for your section
- Completed culinary training (level 3 or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in professional kitchens
- Skilled in both hot and cold kitchen operations
- Valid HACCP and Social Hygiene certificates are a plus
- SVH Teaching License is a plus
- Driver’s license and own transportation
- Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules
