Export Specialist

Tasks

• Coordinate export shipments from A to Z via air and/or sea freight
• Ensure flawless customs clearance and correct documentation
• Maintain daily contact with clients, suppliers and carriers
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve them independently and quickly
• Monitor lead times and track shipment progress
• Work with automated systems for logistics and customs handling
• Contribute ideas for process optimization and improvement
• Provide clear internal reporting and status updates on shipments

We are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as an export coordinator in air and/or sea freight
• Proven knowledge of customs procedures and relevant documentation
• Experience with systems like Cargowise or similar logistics software
• Good command English, both spoken and written
• You work accurately and can adapt quickly to unexpected situations
• You're a team player, but also able to make decisions independently
• You think in solutions and have a customer-oriented mindset
