Wat je gaat doen As a factory worker, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process at Uniekaas. You work precisely and collaboratively with your team. Your tasks include handling 15 kg cheese blocks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and packing sliced cheese cubes. It is essential to be willing to work shifts.

Your main responsibilities:

• Keep your workspace clean and report any issues immediately to your supervisor
• Place 15 kg cheese blocks on the conveyor belt
• Pack sliced cheese cubes
• Support your colleagues to maintain smooth production flow

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage: €15.52 to €21.72
• Contract: Temporary with the possibility of a permanent contract
• Working hours: Flexible, with a minimum of 24 hours per week
• Shift bonuses: Evening shifts up to 130% and Night shifts up to 140%
• Travel allowance: Provided for distances of 10 km or more
• Holiday allowance: 8.33% of your annual salary
• Work environment: Friendly, collegial atmosphere in a company with a rich history and strong values

Functie-eisen

• Comfortable handling 15 kg cheese blocks
• Reside in or near the Kaatsheuvel area with own transport
• Speak Dutch and/or English at a B2+ level
• Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, night)
• Available at least 3 days per week for shift work
