Production Employee 5 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a production employee on our IBC department, you'll work with your team to ensure our industrial containers meet the highest quality standards. 

Your tasks will include:

• Assembling steel pallets and frames;
• Finishing and preparing metal components;
• Checking products coming off the machines;
• Solving minor issues (with the support of your colleagues);
• Keeping your work area clean and safe.

You’ll work in a 5-shift rotation, which means regular time off during weekdays — perfect for a better work-life balance! Wat we je bieden

• Hourly wage of €16.02;
• Additional shift allowances, bringing your total hourly pay up to €22,21!;
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position;
• Fulltime job with guaranteed hours in a structured 5 shift schedule;

• A hands-on mentality with a proactive approach;
• Two right hands – you're practical and not afraid of physical work 😉;
• Quick to learn and eager to pick up new tasks;

• Able to communicate well in Dutch and/or English (Minimum B1 level).
