Your key responsibilities:
- Operate, adjust and changeover packaging machinery;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently;
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex malfunctions;
- Continuously monitor quality and production output;
- Support improvements by suggesting smarter, safer, or more efficient ways of working;
- Collaborate with your shift team to maintain flow and performance across the line.
