DescriptionYour responsibilities include:
- Assembling foam parts independently using tools and/or machines
- Reading technical drawings and following instructions
- Measuring and monitoring dimensions and foam parts
- Using various tools correctly and safely (e.g., hair dryer, cutting tools)
- Adhering to safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ensuring that the finished products meet all quality and dimensional standards

Requirements
Who are you? We are looking for someone who is:
- Extremely accurate and detail-oriented
- A team player who works safely and independently
- Technically inclined and able to read simple technical drawings
- Physically fit and comfortable with tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching
- Familiar with tools and basic machines used in foam or plastics processing
- Educated to a VMBO+ level (or equivalent)
- Willing to work in two shifts
