We are a Turkish family who moved to the Netherlands 2.5 years ago. Both my husband and I work in the consulting sector. Our son, Aras, joined us 3 months ago. He is generally an easygoing and calm baby, though he has some difficulty falling asleep during the day. We also have a 4.5-year-old dog named Assos. It is very important for us that the person who will be supporting us at home gets along well with dogs, as Assos is a significant part of our family. My husband works from the office on Mondays, so we are looking for someone who can support me at home on those days. My expectation is that they can play with and take care of Aras. I would also appreciate help with putting Aras to sleep when needed and, on rare occasions, taking Assos for a walk once a day if absolutely necessary. If my husband works from the office on different days or needs to go more frequently, we may ask for support on other days or request to increase the number of support days.
