In this role, you assess and resolve deviations in the production process. You collaborate with multiple teams to ensure non-conformities are handled properly and in line with aerospace regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse and assess non-conformities from production, logistics, or inspection
- Document deviations accurately in the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Coordinate with engineering and quality to determine next steps: rework, use-as-is, or scrap
- Prepare detailed reports and advise on long-term improvements
- Track trends in rejections and suggest process improvements
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100) and customer requirements
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness

Your profile:
- MBO+/HBO degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical or aerospace engineering)
- Experience in a production or MRO environment, preferably aerospace
- Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100 or NADCAP is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical documentation
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or QAD is an advantage
- You take initiative and enjoy working in a team setting
