What You'll Do:

• Daily management of +/- 15 warehouse operators
• Preparing work schedules, personnel and warehouse planning
• Coaching and stimulating a continuous improvement culture
• Pro-active steering on KPIs and department goals
• Selecting, introducing and training new employees
• Attending safety, quality, service, productivity and personnel meetings
• Show initiative to make improvements in the department
• Responsible for workplace organization (5S) and performance registrations
• Animate work meetings
• Contribute to the development of warehouse operators and multi skilled operators

What Do You Bring to the Table?

For this exciting full-time opportunity, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader ready to make a real impact:

• Flexibility: You’re comfortable working in a two-shift system and can easily adapt to changing schedules.
• Leadershipexperience: With experience leading logistics teams, you know how to inspire people and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
• Communication: You’re fluent spoken and written Englisch 
• Excellent Communication Skills: You know how to motivate, inspire, and guide your team toward shared goals.
• Relevant Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a team leader in logistics, with a strong track record of team management and performance improvement.
