As a CNC operator, you and your colleagues are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. Together you ensure that everything runs smoothly and the machines keep running. In addition to your fellow Operators, you also work closely with the process engineers and technical service.
In addition, your duties as a CNC Operator consist of:
- Improving the production line with robotized machines.
- Streamlining and improving the processes.
- Operating, adjusting and converting the machines.
- Thinking along in solutions and improvements for bottlenecks.
Over het bedrijf
As a CNC operator, you will be working at a new, significantly growing location of this manufacturing company in the De Kempen region with a powerful parent company. This organization is located in the technical sector. They produce and assemble parts for the automotive industry in particular. There is frequent investment in new machines here. Within the organization there is an informal and committed working atmosphere. Here they also have an open doors policy, everyone is equal to each other.
Wat wij vragen
- As a CNC operator you are technically skilled, preferably at Mbo level 3-4.
- You speak good Dutch and/or English.
- Technical knowledge of CNC machines en robots.
- Quality is important for you.
- You want to work in 5 shifts.
