Wat je gaat doen

As an Operator, you are an important part of the production process. You ensure that machines run properly and that products meet the required quality standards. You will work together with colleagues in a modern and sustainable production environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are key.

Your tasks include:

• Operating, setting up and adjusting production machines
• Converting and changing machines for different production orders
• Performing quality checks and recording measurement data
• Solving malfunctions and carrying out minor (preventive) maintenance
• Ensuring a constant supply of materials to the production line
• Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to process optimisation

You will start with supporting tasks such as quality checks, packing products and changing rolls. When you show that you can handle more responsibility, you will follow an internal training programme to grow into a fully independent Process Operator with responsibility for your own machines.
You will currently work in a 4-shift system. In the near future, this will change to a 5-shift system, improving continuity and workload distribution. Wat we je bieden

We are looking for a motivated (junior) Operator who is eager to learn and take responsibility. You are a good fit for this role if you:

• You have experience as a (proces) operator
• Have technical insight and a hands-on mentality
• Have a very good command of Dutch or English
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Are willing to work in a 4-shift system, with a transition to 5 shifts
• Have your own accommodation and transportation

You will be working for an innovative production organisation focused on sustainable plastic solutions for the professional market. The work location is in the Nijmegen region and is easily accessible from cities such as Tiel, Oss and Arnhem, as well as from the German border area, including Kleve and Goch.
