As a full-time chef, you'll be responsible for the preparation and execution of the hotel's service for the employees. Your tasks will include:
- Preparation and Cooking of Meals: You are responsible for preparing dishes according to set standards and recipes. You ensure that each dish meets the high standards of the hotel.
- Stock Management and Cost Control: You assess the quality, freshness, and shelf life of ingredients and ensure proper stock management. You also control costs and ensure the kitchen runs efficiently.
- Mise en Place: Preparation is key in the kitchen. You ensure that everything is ready for service so that operations run smoothly.
- Maintaining Hygiene: You follow strict hygiene regulations and ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized at all times.
- Developing New Menu Items: Together with your team, you work on developing new dishes and improving the current menu. Creativity is highly valued!

What we offer:- Salary in group 5: at least €2413.57 up to €3000 for a 38 hour contract;
- Bonus: 1 week salary upon achieving the budgeted GOP (Gross Operating Profit) and a successful year-end evaluation;
