As a German-speaking customer support agent, you will work for a fast-growing, young and 100% online insurance company. Our client has been making insurance easier and more transparent for over 12 years now. With their innovative IT department, they are constantly optimizing the platform, for the customers to be able to do (nearly) everything online themselves.
With your eye for detail, customer oriented view and great communication skills, you will support the customers of the German market. What will be your daily activities? You will mostly support and answer questions of customers via e-mail. Besides that, you will keep in close contact with other departments in Leusden, ánd in Germany.
There is a 50/50 policy when it comes to working from home or at the office. You will receive all equipment to build a comfortable home office.
