Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a fulltime German Customer Support Agent in Leusden! You will help your clients with all inquiries related to insurance products. What are you going to do:

Our client is a young, growing, 100% online company that always looks ahead and lives for new opportunities and challenges. They offer digital solutions in the areas of insurance. They provide clear digital insurance services for each customer, so their customers have the flexibility to change, delete, claim damage and see how things are going digitally at any time and anywhere! 

Your daily tasks as a German Customer Support Agent include: 

• You will help customers to understand more about their insurance products and how the system works;
• You will help customers when there are any pending requests or procedures;
• Furthermore, you will handle all related inquiries through phone calls and e-mails.

For this vacancy, it is important that you speak and write German fluently (C1+ level). You have the possibility to work up to 3 days from home per week (50/50 policy).

What we ask:

• At least finished mbo level 4
• You speak and write German fluently and you can communicate in Dutch or English with your colleagues;
• Having similar work experience is a plus;
• You are available for 32 to 40 hours a week.
