The Technical Support department is based in Amsterdam, an internationally focused Shared Service Center. For this department, I am looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist fluent in French and English to take on this opportunity.

To full fill successfully the French Speaking Technical Support Specialist:
- You are fluent in English and (near) native to French;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting;
- You have a sound electronic and electro-mechanical aptitude coupled with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed;
- You are familiar with computer applications, Oracle knowledge is a plus!
Some of the tasks covered by the role are:
- Provide first-tier support to clients;
- Provide professional services and technical training to customers; Must make real-time judgment decisions to resolve customer problems under pressure situations;
- Provide telephone support for specific customers within the ERAF region and EMEA distributors;
- Prepare detailed reports for each service request using the data management system;
In the Amsterdam-based office of my client whose compact, lightweight systems are expanding the use of ultrasound across the clinical spectrum by cost-effectively bringing high-performance ultrasound to the point of patient care.
