Orderpicker at UPS

As a orderpicker / warehouse employee / logistiek medewerker at UPS you will work at the newest UPS location in Roermond! This is a state-of-the-art location where you can work with the newest material!
The account at this location is the Grover account. This is a technology account where people can temporarily rent Tech products! After the agreed rental period, you can also keep renting or even buy over the product.

As you might imagine, the market for this is incredibly large. For this reason, it is also busy within UPS, which is why UPS needs your help.
With your accuracy, you work through the orders and look for the right products for them! You will also notice that you work in a very modern building wherea lot is automated.

You can work in different departments! You will work in 2 shifts.
The working hours here are from 08:00 to 17:00 and from 10:30 to 19:30.

Of course, this also includes a nice salary!
You will receive a gross monthly salary of €2009.00 (fulltime). The starting salary per hour is €11,59.
Extra allowances may apply is you work in the following times and days:

25% after 19:00
50% after 00:00
50% on Saturdays
100% on Sundays
30% for overtime

In addition, travel expenses from 10 km are also reimbursed by UPS! This can net up to €7.95 per day worked!
Next to that you get access to Good Habits where you can do all kinds of online trainings to develop yourself and learn.

The first contract will be a temporary contract with the possibility to earn a contract from UPS. (tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast).

To get started at UPS, we expect:

• You have good knowledge of the English Language and you are able to communicate in English.
• You know how to work with computers
• You preferably already have experience in the logistics sector.
• You are also available on short notice full-time, or at least for 32 hours!
• You are physically able to walk and stand all day, and able to pick up products and move them.
• You have your private accomodation, Start People does not offer accomodation).
• You are able to get to the workplace (Herknebosch) by yourself.
• Occasionally able to work a day in the weekend. (exception).
