Our staffing organization is growing very fast and therefore we are looking for new colleagues! You are the direct contact for Flex employees and work closely together with your colleagues.

As a job coach / coordinator you are the direct contact for EU employees. We employ temporary workers from countries like Poland, Spain, Latvia and Romania. So it is a big plus if you speak Polish or else Lithuanian or Romanian. English is an absolute must because that is the main language. And you it would be good to have some knowledge of the Dutch language.

With your company car you are on the road a lot and visit housing or clients. You will occasionally work from our headquarters in Den Bosch.

You are involved in registering temporary employees, handing out work clothes, applying for BSN, doctor's visits and many other things.

Job requirements:

• Experience in a logistics or production environment
• Experience working at a temporary employment agency
• English and Polish or another foreign language. Some knowledge of Dutch
• Min. A2 level.
• Commercially oriented
• Flexible, absolutely not a 9-5 type
